Exploring the Bible

Discover the Wisdom Behind the Ancient Words

The Bible is a curated collection of ancient writings produced across diverse cultures, languages, and historical periods. Serious exploration requires a team of between two and nine members.

Languages Have Laws that Must be Followed

Exploring the Bible in small teams is more beneficial than reading alone because small teams: • Reveal hidden assumptions • Reduce projection • Strengthen contextual reconstruction • Make Belief Models visible • Create intellectual safety • Improve retention • Produce more accurate interpretation

"Small team exploration is not just helpful — it is necessary for anyone who wants to understand the Bible in alignment with the Laws of Language."

The First Six Foundational Explorations & Discussions

These initial domains establish the Reader's interpretive profile — the constellation of beliefs, experiences, and cognitive models that shape how messages are received and understood.

01

Family

Construction of a Three Generation Family Model to explore foundational caretaking sources, first relationships, and early experiences.

02

God

Exploring the development, transmission, and variation of “God Belief Models” across cultures and historical periods.

03

Money

Exploring the Bible’s stories about money, wealth, and mammon are not very common. However, even more rare are Bible studies that examine today’s economic structures, value systems, and the interpretive pressures that are created by resource acquisition and distribution.

04

Governments

Exploring the alliances and covenants in the Bible is the prerequisite — because in Genesis 1–10, the narrative is not simply telling stories; it is mapping power, authority, jurisdiction, and relationship. The earliest chapters establish who holds authority, where that authority operates, and how humans are expected to respond within those defined relationships.

05

Belief Models & Maps

Exploring and helping each other identify and examine their own Belief Models is one of the most empowering and generous acts a person can offer. It is also the essential requirement for building strong Safety Nets within families, friendships, and community relationships.

06

Information Streams & Sources

Exploring and identifying the sources of toxic information streams — and stopping them before they enter your brain — is essential for protecting your Biological Belief System. Creating new Lives 1st Belief Models builds internal barriers that prevent your brain from being hacked and infected by “Information Viruses of the Mind.”
