1. Create a list of “names of families in your extended family.” I have one sister and two brothers and my wife has one sister and one brother. So, counting our family, there are six families in my extended family.
2. Add individual members under the families above.
3. Schedule a time to sit down and look at each of the families and think about the names. Memories will bubble up in your neural networks, you will talk about them, and doing this regularly strengthens memories.
4. I encouage people to use Power Postcards to strengthen these Safety Nets even more. Practicing communicating outside of cyberberspace keeps you off the brainhacker’s screens (See Power Postcards). Simply write about things you have in common.
